Return Policy

Your funds are safe and secure. Our first goal is customer satisfaction. We have a very simple and flexible returns policy, if you need to return a product that you are not happy with, all you have to do is contact us.


Just follow these simple steps:

We have a 7-day return policy, please contact customer service within 7 days of order delivery, submitting your order ID details along with product images and reason for return.

Customer support will verify the return inquiry and get back to you.

Please ensure that returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in salable, fresh product condition. Include all price tags, original packaging and invoices with the product.

Missing any of the above may result in your return request being denied.

A quality check will be conducted to verify the complaint before any exchange/replacement request is processed.

Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged to prevent any loss or damage during shipping.


Exclusions:


Second hand products.

Free products.

Defective products covered by manufacturer's warranty.

Any items we receive in damaged condition.

 

Once you request a return, please make sure the product is unused and in original condition. Include all price tags, tags, original packaging and invoices with the product.


Customer will arrange reverse shipment. Customers can ship it back to the seller via any reputable courier company.

Items damaged during transportation


If your item is lost or damaged, please keep the item and its original packaging, sign for the package and contact the customer service center within 7 days to apply for an exchange/return. We will contact the courier company on your behalf and follow up on the submission of the claim. Once the courier company approves and pays the claim to us, we will forward the applicable amount to you.


Eliminate:


After placing an order, the customer can only cancel the order if the order status in the order history shows "Order Placed". To cancel your order, you must contact our customer support team by sending an email containing your order number, or you can cancel your order through your account. If we receive a cancellation email and the order has been "processed" by us before then, the order cannot be canceled. We have full rights to decide whether to cancel an order. Our team is working hard to process and deliver the product within the given time. However, in rare circumstances we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Order cancellations depend on a variety of factors including product availability, overseas delivery issues, government approvals, and more. At the same time, the customer agrees not to dispute our decision and agrees to accept the decision regarding cancellation.

Cloohome cancels order

Cloohome reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. This shall be true regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment received. 100% of payment will be refunded and user notified.

In the event of non-delivery or delay in delivery due to user error (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or unavailability of the recipient or any other related reasons), any additional costs incurred by Cloohome for redelivery shall be claimed from the user.


Our refund policy:

If the item sent for replacement is unavailable, we will endeavor to provide you with the best alternative, but the end customer's choice will be final.

A 100% refund will be given if the product is out of stock or the supplier is unable to ship. For express products, a 100% refund will only be given if the shipping address is outside the service area. We will automatically refund the money via the original payment method.

In the case of ordering multiple products, if for any reason Cloohome is unable to deliver a specific product, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternative product by placing a new order.
